West Harlem EarlyLearn NYC Preschool Program has proudly served the children and families of Central Harlem for 47 years. First as a Head Start Program and now as an EarlyLearn Program under the Administration for Children's Services (ACS). Our mission is to provide high quality comprehensive, and integrated children and family services that meet the changing needs of the community.
